1st April 2024
I've been lucky enough over winter to welcome 2 beautiful litters into the world. Kiwi had her first litter in October and produced 5 gorgeous girls and Emmy had her third litter in December and produced 3 handsome boys and 1 pretty girl. All of the puppies have now settled beautifully into their new homes.
We've had 2 news girls join the family in the form of Nellie and Zest, both will have their own pages shortly.
Unfortunately I had to say goodbye to Sky on the 16th January 2024, she was tired and I knew it was time to let her go. I was lucky to have 15 1/2 wonderful years with her but still it wasn't enough! I have so much to thank her for, she was certainly a dog of a lifetime and the start of the Chazak line.
3rd December 2023
We have lots of exciting updates to come and I will slowly try and add these to the website.
29th November 2023
Unfortunately I had to say goodbye to Amber on the 24th November 2023, she sadly picked up an illness that she couldn't fight off. I was lucky to have 16 wonderful years with her but still it wasn't enough! I have so much to thank her for, she was certainly a dog of a lifetime and the start of the Chazak line.
9th September 2023
I have updated various pages on the website from agility grade changes, photos of the dogs and the planned litters.
16th January 2023

We have recently received Limit and Solo's hip and elbow scores. Limit's hips are 5:5 and elbows 0:0 and Solo's hips are 3:4 and elbows 0:0. We hope in the future they will now be included in our breeding plans.
13th November 2022
The planned litters page has been updated, we hope to welcome our next litter early January 2023.
19th February 2022
Emmy welcomed a beautiful litter of 4 puppies on 10th February, Mum and pups are doing really well and more information can be found out about them on their litter page soon.

20th December 2021
Oh wow time certainly does fly! I will slowly start to make updates to the dogs pages as well as updating litter plans and photos of previous litters.
7th January 2021
Happy New Year! Unfortunately Magpie was scanned not in pup so sadly won't be welcoming a new litter into the world this month.
With 2020 being so daunting I will soon start planning future litters so I can give myself something exciting to look forward too.
13th November 2020
Sadly we had to alter our breeding plans at the last minute but excited to say Magpie will now have her first litter with Toby in January 2021.
I received some fantastic news recently and couldn't be more proud of Janine with Teg (Pixie x Buddy) They passed a weekend of full on assessments and Teg is now a fully graded search dog, qualified to nationally recognised standards.

21st October 2020
Bee's puppies are now 8 weeks old and have all just left to start their adventures in their new homes! I'm looking forward to following their progress and waiting to see what the future has in store for them.
We are currently away on holiday in Pembrokeshire. After a tough few months its just nice to get away with the dogs and relax! As usual i've taken way too many photos but in my opinion you can never get enough.
24th August 2020
Bee welcomed a beautiful litter of 5 puppies into the world on 23rd August, sadly we lost one puppy but Mum and puppies are doing well and more information about them can be found on their litter page.
10th May 2020
Over the last few days I have been busy updating the previous litters pages with lots of new photos, I love receiving updates from dogs I have bred! I have also added offspring pages to the boys who have sired litters so people can now see what they have produced.
On a sad note we also had to make the devastating decision to let Rory go, unfortunately his body couldn't cope anymore after being told he had cancer. This is the last photo I took of him, the day before losing him. Out on a normal walk doing what he loved!

12th March 2020
Emmy delivered 3 beautiful girls, 5 days early on 26th February, more information and photos can be seen on their puppy page. Emmy is being a fantastic Mum and i'm over the moon with what she has produced.
10th January 2020
Happy New Year! Puppy plans are now in place and announcements have been updated to the planned litters page. I have to say i'm very excited and can't wait to see what my girls will produce!
11th October 2019
Oh wow! I don't know where the time has gone... Lots of updates will be happening on various pages. This year has been a mix of highs and lows. Sadly in April Pixie tore her bicep tendon ending her agility career, this required stem cell treatment followed by months of rehab work. She's been given the all clear by her specialist but we are still working on building up her fitness.
Agility wise Michelle and the boys (Toby, Dylan and Alvin) have had a fantastic season with numerous wins and making several champ finals and qualifying for several other events. Magpie has had several top ten placings throughout the year including a jumping win, we've lost some connection over courses with her new found speed so lots to work on over winter. Emmy's had a fun first year competing in mainly just jumping classes whilst we finish her contacts and continually improves with each run and has bagged herself several placings, i'm looking forward to running her over agility courses in 2020. Reef and Otto are now deep in their foundation training and both boys are looking fantastic! Both are super keen, fast and driven and we can't wait to crack on with their training over winter. Magpie, Emmy and Reef have measured Intermediate so we look forward to running them over 50cm next year. Other Chazaks have also had super agility results this year with several progressing up the grades and in general just looking amazing!
In August I sadly lost my beautiful boy Zak to liver failure, it all happened very quickly and wasn't something I was expecting! I miss him so much and it's only now that I can start talking about him. Zak gave me fourteen wonderful years of friendship and the upmost loyalty, he was a shoulder to cry on and was always there for a cuddle or ready for our next adventure. It's because of Zak that I fell in love with the breed and got into agility, I have so much to thank him for and his legacy will live on in the 'Chazak' affix.

6th November 2018
Lots of small updates and adjustments being made to various pages at the moment. I'm slowly trying to update photo galleries, agility results, previous litter photos as well as our own dogs profiles.
16th September 2018
The last couple of months have been super busy with agility shows nearly every weekend and the arrival of Bee's pups back at the beginning of July. The dogs have ran brilliantly this year and we couldn't be more proud of them, we have a couple of shows left before they have a winter's break. Bee's pups have now left for their new homes and are settling in really well.
We have a new addition to the family who joined us today, so i'd like to introduce Otto. Otto will have his own page shortly and although not bred here we do own dad and a lot of his family.

26th July 2018
It's been a busy few weeks... Agility shows near enough every weekend and we welcomed 3 new arrivals.
Since my last post Pixie has managed to achieve the final 2 wins that she needed to progress to grade 7, I never thought this would be possible after her injury but my special girl keeps on surprising me.
Michelle and the boys have been running amazing picking up several grade 7 wins between them all. Toby also made the Champ Final at Rugby and finished 4th!

On the 5th July we welcomed 3 new additions after Bee whelped her second litter. The litter consisted of 3 boys in blue merle, blue and white and blue sable merle.
28th May 2018
The agility season is well and truly underway now and the dogs are all running amazingly! Michelle and the boys Toby, Dylan and Alvin are running really well... Toby made the champ final at Beacon but unfortunately picked up 5 faults, Dylan has had numerous placings and Alvin has got his final win to go grade 7!
After 18 months off through injury Pixie has made a fantastic come back to agility, she has picked up several top 10 placings and gained 2 agility wins towards grade 7! Magpie has now attended a few shows and with each one I can see she is gaining in confidence and has already bagged herself a 4th in grade 3 agility qualifying for the dog vegas final and a 3rd in jumping. I'm having so much fun running with my girls!

Panda and Reggie after only attending a few shows have both progressed to grade 4 winning grade 3 agility at different shows. Trio gained her 2 agility wins she needed to progress to grade 6 at Beacon.
I've also been lucky enough to catch up with several different Chazaks at shows and i'm always greeted with great enthusiasm.
12th May 2018
Seriously lacking in updates again! This time I have an excuse as i've recently become self employed and started up my own business.
The agility season has begun and has started off pretty slowly for me as the girls have all been in season one after another but the runs they have done I have been super pleased with. I'm looking forward now to having some fun with them this season! The boys have started off with a bang! Alvin has already achieved 3 of the 4 wins he needs to progress to grade 7 and Toby and Dylan have both had multiple wins and qualified for the Senior Olympia.
27th November 2017
I'm really not sure where time goes... I've been really busy with work and the dogs, but the dogs are all doing really well and i've been having lots of fun with them. After missing the 2017 agility season due to an injury Pixie managed to attend the last 3 shows that I entered and gained her 3 wins that she needed to progress to grade 6 to say I was ecstatic was an understatement! In a couple of weeks Alvin and Dylan are off to London to compete at Olympia and we wish them the best of luck.
7th July 2017
I promised myself that i'd get on top of updating my website but sadly I just haven't had the time. Weekends have been taken over by agility shows and i've been busy with the arrival of Bee's puppies who were born at the end of May.
7th May 2017
Lots of things going on at the moment so the the website has been somewhat neglected! We have a new addition who we will be introducing shortly, Pixie's puppies have now left for their new homes and have settled in amazingly and the agility season has started so the shows have taken over the weekends!
18th February 2017
We welcomed 3 new additions on 11th February when Pixie produced 3 gorgeous puppies (1 black and white bitch, 1 red and white bitch and 1 red and white dog) Pixie and the puppies are doing great and I can't wait to see how they progress.
13th November 2016
Oh wow the months have flown by! A lot has happened since my last update and I will hopefully get round to all the updates soon. I welcomed a beautiful litter of 7 pups into the world in June and all have have settled amazingly into their new homes, although one never left and Magpie will have her own page soon.
The agility season is now over and the dogs are now having a well earned break apart from Dylan who will have his slightly later as he's qualified for Olympia. Dylan managed to win into grade 6 before the end of the season and Alvin made his debut doing a few jumping runs and managed to bag himself a 2nd in grade 3 jumping for his first clear round.
2017 looks looks to be another exciting year not just in agility but all being well we will welcome some new litters.
30th May 2016
A long overdue update is needed but for now i'll give a quick update as a lot has been going on.

I also took two friends dog's down both of which also came back with good scores, so there are some very happy owners out there.
3rd April 2016
This weekend we had Amber, Sky, Toby, Pixie and Alvin all adult eye tested and happy to say they were all clear. Alvin, Theo and River were all gonioscopy tested unaffected so good results all round.
29th March 2016
Easter saw us compete in our first agility show of the year! This year we decided to enter Kernow which is held in Cornwall, the weather wasn't too kind to us but the dogs all ran amazing and we are very excited about the up coming season.
We even managed a quick trip to one of the beaches whilst we were down there and got this group photo.
22nd February 2016
I have updated the planned litters page.
4th December 2015
A long overdue update is needed! A lot has happened over the last few months... I decided to keep a puppy from both Pixie and Amber's litter, although both boys are co-owned and either living with family or friend's, more can be seen about them on their own pages. In June I welcomed a litter from Tinks (Sky x Mint), Tinks belongs to a friend but she came back to me to have her litter. This was a first litter for Tinks and she welcomed 6 beautiful puppies into the world all of which are now in their news homes doing really well.
Agility wise the dogs have all ran amazing this year... We've had grade progression, qualifying for finals and lots of top 5 placings! Most of all we've had lots of fun! The dogs are now having a well earned rest ready to begin winter training.
We've also recently come back off a weeks holiday in Pembrokeshire, where we take the dogs and basically have lots of fun running on the beaches, eating lots of food and relaxing in the evenings.
I've also been lucky enough to catch up with several different Chazaks at shows and i'm always greeted with great enthusiasm.

30th December 2014
Have I ever said how much I love Amber?! Well i'm about to say it again... I love that little girl so much! Olympia has been and gone and I couldn't be more proud of Amber, she took it all in her stride and worked her socks off. She came 17th in the morning's event which qualified her for the pairs in the afternoon where her and her partner came 3rd.
14th December 2014
Planned litters page has been updated!

A weekend I won't be forgetting any time soon... We travelled up to KCI on the Friday for Amber to compete in the Novice Olympia Quarter Final and i'm delighted to say she went clear and has now qualified for the Novice Olympia Semi Final in December.
Then on the Saturday Amber only goes and wins grade 4 agility... grade 5 here she comes!!

12th May 2014
I'm currently struggling at the moment to find time to update my website, I have so much going on and not enough hours in the day... I'm hoping in the next few days to update the dogs pages and photo gallery, in the meantime i'll leave you with a photo of the dogs all together in the bluebells.
10th May 2014
I feel it's time for a little update...Unfortunately my puppy plans are still on hold. Pixie still hasn't come into season so whilst we are waiting we are having great fun with agility. The 2014 agility season has kicked off and I couldn't be happier with how the dogs are running! We have already picked up several top 5 placings and Pixie has managed to qualify for the tug-e-nuff agility final.
In the early hours of Wednesday 7th May Toby welcomed his second litter into the world. 7 beautiful puppies, 4 dogs and 3 bitches. If you are interested in a puppy from this litter please contact me and I can point you in the right direction.
2nd February 2014
Not sure where to begin and what to say about Bee... We have attended 3 breed show and she has exceeded all my expectations! At her first show which was Border Collie Club of Great Britain open show she won minor puppy bitch and was 2nd in puppy bitch. At Manchester champ show she was 3rd in minor puppy bitch and qualified for Crufts 2014. More recently we attended Midlands Border Collie Club champ show where Bee won puppy bitch, novice bitch, best puppy bitch and then reserve best puppy in show and has now qualified for Crufts 2015. She is such a special little girl and can't wait to see what the future holds...

Another day another breed show! Decided to enter Amber, Sky Pixie, Quest and Tinks at Worcester and Malvern Canine Society under a judge who I hadn't heard of before so entering the show was taking a chance but thought we would just enjoy and have a nice day out. Quest and Tinks were both entered in Puppy and Junior and both were very well behaved though Tinks was a little excited and struggled with the floor as she kept slipping. Tinks was awarded VHC in Puppy and 3rd in Junior and Quest was awarded 6th in Puppy and Reserve in Junior. Pixie was entered in Yearling and behaved beautifully and was awarded 3rd place, Sky was entered in Limit and moved and stood beautifully too and was awarded 1st place. Amber was entered in Open and she too was very well behaved and even though she is out of coat she was awarded 3rd place. Sky unfortunately did no good in the challenge but still I was very pleased with her. We decided once we had finished to take the dogs for a lovely walk on the Malvern Hills.
1st January 2013
Decided to enter Pixie and Sky at Coventry Ladies Kennel Society and meet up with Kat who owns Quest (Sky's blue merle boy). Quest was entered in Puppy and Junior and considering he has never been to a ringcraft class I was pleased with how he behaved. He was a little unsettled in the ring but was very good with how he let the judge go over him and was awarded 2nd place in both of his classes. Quest is developing into a gorgeous boy and is destined to do agility but I think he is beautifully made and could do well in the show ring! Pixie was entered in Graduate and behaved beautifully and went on to win the class and Sky was entered in Limit and she too won her class. Pixie and Sky both had to go up against one another in the challenge and both girls behaved really well and Pixie was eventually awarded reserve Best of Breed, was over the moon with this as she is only just coming back into coat and still has a lot of maturing to do.
24th December 2012
Chazak Border Collies would like to wish all our friends, family, puppy owners and fans a very Merry Christmas.

Have just recieved Toby's hip score back from the BVA and im really pleased with the outcome, his score is 4:6 a total of 10.
18th September 2011
With the show season now coming to the end I was starting to feel slightly disheartened that I hadn't managed to win out of Grade 2, Zak has had several 2nds but was always sadly beaten by less than a second. I had enough points to move me up in to Grade 3 but I wanted to win out and I seriously thought it would never happen. This weekend I have been at Bromsgrove Agility Show on Saturday Zak was 2nd in the agility and typically beaten by a dog that had already won into Grade 3, at the end of the day I had a little talking too so come Sunday I thought im just going to go out and enjoy running my dogs. Amber and Sky both ran clear in the agility so I waited to hear if they had been placed and to my amazement Amber won the class and Sky came 2nd!!! So so so pleased with my dogs. We have a lot of work to do over Winter but im definitely looking forward to running in Grade 3.
10th July 2011
We are now well and truely into the show season, so if you want to keep up to date with how our dogs are doing check out the show results pages :-).
12th June 2011
The pups have all left for their new homes except for Pixie who is staying here and Rush who is staying for a few weeks whilst his owners are on holiday. Amber is now building her fitness back up after having the pups and has since attended 2 agility shows where she has ran brilliantly, her placings can be seen in the KC agility results page.
22nd May 2011
I have created a new page for Amber x Clay puppies and hope to be able to continue it when I get updates from their new owners.
2nd April 2011
Amber has produced a beautiful litter of 4 puppies, 3 boys (1 blue sable, 2 shaded sable) and 1 girl (shaded sable). Amber is being a fantastic mother and both her and the pups are doing really well.
5th January 2011
Unfortunately we had to make the very hard decision to let Charlie go to Rainbow Bridge.
20th September 2010
We have a new member to welcome to our family, his name is Toby and was bred by Passim Border Collies.
7th June 2010
I have been very naughty and have neglected updating this website...Oooops!!! I will try over the next few days to update various pages, though not a lot has happened with the dogs.
27th March 2010
We travelled over to Bristol for West of England Border Collie Club's Open Breed Show where I had Amber, Sky and Incy entered. All 3 dogs performed well and Incy really showed himself in his last class, each dog was placed in their classes and Incy won 'Best Any Other Colour Dog'. Amber also went on to win 'Best Any Other Colour Bitch' and then took the title of Best Any Other Colour in Show, which was a lovely ending to the day.
12th March 2010
Yesterday was a big day for me, Amber and Sky as we travelled up to Crufts, what a fantastic day we had! This was Sky's first visit to Crufts and she was very well behaved and coped really well with the atmosphere, Amber is very easy going and just took it all in her stride. We arrived at the venue with plenty of time to settle the girls and get them and myself ready, Sky's first class was Yearling Bitch (21 entries) and unfortunately she was quite highly strung and rather excited, she could see one of the big screens which was showing agility which wound her up so she ended up barking, growling, fidgeting and flagging her tail. Her next class was Undergraduate Bitch (22 entries) were she was alot more settled but unfortunately she didnt get placed. Next in the ring was Amber she was entered in Post Graduate Bitch (24 entries) a rather strong class, she didnt get placed but I was pleased with her performance.
Sky had one more class to go which was the Good Citizen Dog Scheme Bitch (20 entries) by which time she was starting to feel slightly tired, which meant she would be a bit easier to handle and a lot calmer and to my amazement she was pulled out first, I really couldnt believe it! Her first visit to Crufts and she comes home with a first, she isnt much of a show girl as she is currently lacking a coat and would prefer to be out and about playing with the other dogs.

Not alot has been happening at the moment with the dogs, they have just been enjoying running around, playing and getting plenty of attention. Unfortunately during this time both Incy and Sky have picked up slight injuries :-( Sky sliced her right hind pad quite badly but luckily that healed pretty quickly and Incy ripped his toe nail which is taking him quite a long time to recover from and regular visits to the vets but hopefully now he will soon be back racing around :-)
Amber has been going to hydrotherapy twice a week for the last 4 weeks in the hope that it will improve her movement after she suffered quite a bad muscle injury to her hind leg, which affected her quite badly as she was compensating with the other. She is doing really well at hydrotherapy on the water walker and we are all pleased with her progress so only time will tell.
7th February 2010
We travelled to MBCC Champ Show but didn't do very well. Amber hasn't long come out of season so is lacking coat and Sky is due in season soon so she is also lacking coat. Sky did manage to get 3rd in Novice Bitch. Incy was in two large classes and didn't get anything but I was pleased with the way he performed. Even though we didn't get placed we still had a nice day out.

I have been very busy and haven't had time to come on here and update things, so I would just like to wish everyone a MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR!! Hopefully I will be able to add more updates more regularly in the new year.
22nd November 2009
We headed off to the West of England Border Collie Club Champ show battling the heavy rain and strong winds and wondering to ourselves whether there was any point in going. Once there I really did think to myself was there any point as both girls were in large classes, Sky was entered in Junior Bitch and Novice Bitch and Amber was entered in Post Graduate Bitch. It was soon time to take Sky into the Junior Bitch class and with 15 entries I wasn't expecting anything but to our surprise Sky was awarded V.H.C. She then went into Novice bitch and got 3rd out of 17 entries. I didn't think I would get anywhere with Amber as it was her first time in Post Graduate Bitch and there were 18 entries but what a surprise when she was awarded 2nd place, I was estactic. What a fantastic day I had in the end.
2nd January 2010
We travelled up to the Three Counties Showground to Worcester & Malvern Canine Society's Open Show. Both girls are currently without a coat as both are due in season very shortly, but Sky was awarded 1st in Junior and Special Yearling, Incy was awarded 3rd in Post Graduate and Amber was awarded 1st in Open. Sky then went on to get Reserve Best of Breed.

I didn't think I would get anywhere with Amber as it was her first time in Post Graduate Bitch and there were 18 entries but what a surprise when she was awarded 2nd place, I was estactic. What a fantastic day I had in the end.
