About Us.
Welcome to Chazak Border Collies! I’m Anne-Marie Waugh and I live in the Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire, which is an excellent place to own dogs with woodland walks right on the door step. Between me and my sister, Michelle, we own 17 dogs, all of which are Border Collies.
Dogs have been in my life since the age of six and I haven't been without one since. My first dog, who sadly passed away in 2011, was your original crossbreed but he proved to be my loyal companion and he gave me my love of dogs. I would spend hours teaching him tricks and this became the foundations for my enjoyment of training dogs.
Border Collies came into my life 17 years ago with them being much loved family pets. We currently run our dogs competitively in agility as we enjoy this hobby and our dogs have excelled in this sport. In addition to agility, we have done obedience, flyball and competitive breed shows with them. The Border Collies have worked through or are in the process of gaining their Kennel Club Good Citizen Awards.
My free time is spent with the dogs; either taking them on lovely woodland walks or training them as they thoroughly enjoy learning new things. Most weekends or evenings you can find me training my dogs or at competitive agility shows.
My dogs are not only my hobby, they are a part of my life and a part of me. This website has been designed for viewers to read about the individuality of each of my dogs and enjoy their pages and pictures as much as I enjoy them!
